Alice & Travis { Rockefeller Center Wedding }
The Rockefeller Center wedding of Alice and Travis is something you really should not miss. A couple, which is so much fun and easy-going, got married in one of Manhattan’s absolute top wedding locations. A New York wedding photographer dream!
When I met Alice for her Getting Ready at the Lotte Palace New York all of the dresses and accessories were already waiting for me. So I started with the detail photos right away. I am still speechless when it comes to the rose gold glitter Louboutins. Of course I could not resist to take a ton of photos from every perspective! The beauty of the shoes could only be surpassed by the beauty of Alice herself. Right before she got dressed we used the hotel suite for a quick wedding boudoir photography shooting.
Travis was already waiting at the bottom of the long stairs to see his bride for the first time. After an emotional first look we went outside for wedding photos with the whole bridal party. Alice and Travis even brought their dog (appropriately named Manhattan) to star in some of the photos. From Bethesda Terrace in Central Park to the super famous Tiffany store on 5th Avenue and back to Lotte Palace. New York just rocks for wedding photos (and for everything else, too)!
And then it was time to get married.
Manhattan Classic & Pure Rock ‘n’ Roll
Alice and Travis chose to have a Rockefeller Center wedding at 620 Loft & Garden. I have to say this wedding location is one of the most special and unique in all of New York. The rooftop is exquisitely gardened with magnificent flowers and trees and surrounded by skyscrapers. They are so close, it feels almost like you can touch them.
Right there on the rooftop Elliss and Travis said „YES“ in front of all of their guests. It was like a fairytale!
When the cocktail bar opened the party started. Alice and Travis had a signature cocktail for the day and also a guestbook made of champagne bottles. Every guests could sign a bottle of Veuve Clicquot, what a great idea! The fantastic dinner inside the loft was only topped by emotional speeches and wild dancing. All of that amongst the lights of the tall sky scrapers around us.
This Rockefeller Center wedding was the perfect mix of Manhattan Classic and pure Rock ‘n’ Roll.
